A very ‘Be-Yourself’ New Year to all Solos!
Each one of you has come very far until now and probably recollected your achievement as well as frustrations, but please do not stop there. Please move on and focus once again what YOU WANT TO BECOME based on totality of your life. Life goes on with our feelings and emotions, and keep rocking your boat. This Mt Fuji photo was taken on December 30th 2024 from the Haneda-Itami flight and I personally found this beautiful mountain view rather sad,,, Not Enough Snow this year dut to terrible heat Japan had in 2024 summer….the official record says the first snow crown on Fuji was November 7,2024, the lastest in the past 130 years. I was frightened.
This really made me think of “environment, sustainability, eco-system, policies, movements’ all these big words that I have been familiar with, but never pesonal to.
And this also made me think of people around me. Have I ever felt personal, or pesonally related to, as my own matters?? Important, yes.
So I Want to become ME, Naoko Ehara with my own feelings. Feelings that I want to do something for Fuji. Something I can do – climb her and bring back my own rubbish and pick rubbish on my way up and down, and tell others to do the same. A small thing, but for this I need big courage.
