Change of Time
You and your coach set a regular time for each session and that session times only changed when absolutely necessary with a minimum notice of 48 hours. You are only allowed two change requests in the entire series.
The role of the coach
Your coach has been trained by Results Coaching SystemTM Neuroleadership Institute and accredited by International Coaching Federation. It is the role of the coach to provide a safe and supportive environment, to partner with you to achieve your desired outcomes, and to be responsible for their own continuous professional development.
Your role
The coaching is designed to challenge you to achieve results you would not normally have achieved on your own. From time to time, you may find the coaching to be personally and emotionally challenging.
Coaching Methods
Neither party shall make any copy of Confidential Information without Discloser’s prior written consent.
Sessions
Sessions are primarily carried out virtually and sometimes in person at mutually agreed places and times as outlines in this agreement.
No Warranty Given
While your coach is well trained and accredited by International Coaching Federation, the coach makes no guarantee to you that the coaching methods or the sessions will work for you. You will not hold your coach responsible if you do not achieve any of your goals.
Intellectual Property Rights
You have no right to use or reproduce any of the processes or materials used by the coach outside of your coaching sessions.
Termination of the coaching agreement
The coaching agreement will last the number of sessions and duration specified in this agreement unless either you or your coach agree otherwise.
Confidentiality
Everything you discuss with your coach is considered confidential between the two. The data for the purpose of managing the coaching initiative are only in three areas;
Assessment result reports
Information on the business/personal goas you set at the beginning of the engagement; and
Information on how much of each goal was achieved at the end of the coaching period, along with your general feedback on
the experience.
These data will be complied and presented to you as a whole, to help us measure the success of the overall initiative.
Your coach will ensure that any personal or confidential materials collected during coaching are not disclosed to any third party without your consent.
