A Very Warm Welcome to Solo Plus.

Dear Soloists,

A very warm welcome to every one of you. And thank you for your curiosity to have a peek at my first website today and I hope you will enjoy exploring this small world filled with dragons. When I was planning this website design with soloist concept, I was looking for something that would symbolize independece, standing up firmly on own values and courage to step out to a new world, and fly solo… Dragon!

Although I am not sure what they really are, I simply love the creature and maybe largely because I am a dragon year person who have always wanted to step into an adventure. And I did.

I wish that Solo to Solo Talk will go on with curious people and adventurers for long. Please visit from time time and do send in your Solo Talks and please protect this free voice space with respect and trust to society.

シンガポール日系企業の皆様へ

Solo Plus 代表江原直子と申します。私は1988 年の秋に米系企業のアジア進出に伴いシンガポールにやってまいりました。1990 年代のほとんどを日系人材紹介会社で過ごし、2000 年代はグローバルで業界をリードする米系人事コンサルティング会社で人事のアカデミックな理論体系論と手法を徹底的に刷り込まれました。そして最近の10 年を事業会社日本本社で過ごさせていただき、欧米企業にありがちな組織図通りの固定的な組織チームではなく、日本企業では組織中から有機的に発生する集合体が組織チームとして機能していることは驚きであり新鮮でした。歴史や伝統、そしてお作法が基盤の行動様式と、それを「第一に重んじる気持ち」が組織文化であることも学びました。
これからの10 年はEGS やDI&E などのGlobal Agenda に対応しつつ、型にあてはまらない組織作りやリーダー育成においては、特に経営者の先見、目利き、かじ取りが今まで以上に意思決定の軸になっていきます。私は、その中で自分を知る、将来はこうありたい、自分の意思決定に自信を持ちたい、などの自己目標を掲げる皆様のパートナーであり、そして皆様には私自身の自己実現のパートナーであり続けることが願いです。
